  1. Navigate to the Assets Management section.

  3. Click the Add Supplier button.

Information Required:

  • Supplier Name: The name of the supplier company.
  • Supplier Industry: Selct in which industry supplier deals in, a supplier can linked with multiple industry.
  • Contact Person: The main point of contact at the supplier.
  • Contact Information: Include phone number, email, and other contact details.
  • Address: The physical address of the supplier.
  • Additional Notes: Any other relevant information.

After adding the supplier, it will be available to associate with assets during the asset creation process.

2. Category Management

Categories allow you to classify assets based on their type or functionality. Some common categories might include Electronics, Furniture, Software, and more.

Adding a Category

To add a new category, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Assets Management.
  2. Choose Categories.
  3. Click on the Add Category button.

  • Category Name: The name of the asset category (e.g., Electronics, Furniture).
  • Description: A brief description of the category to provide context for other users.

Once the category is created, it will be available as an option when creating or updating an asset.

3. Asset Management

The heart of the Assets Management system is the Assets section. Here, users can add detailed information about each asset, link it to a supplier, and categorize it properly for easy tracking and reporting.

  3. Supplier

  4. Unique Asset Code

  5. Asset Images

    • Featured Image: The main image representing the asset. Typically, this should be a high-quality image of the asset.

    • Owned or Rented: Choose whether the asset is owned by the company or rented.
